The device blurs the line between an eReader and a tablet and offers many levels of customization. One such level is the ability to change the wallpaper on the home screen. The following article describes how to change the wallpaper. editStepsMethod 11Tap and hold down your finger on the Nook home screen. This will reveal a dialog allowing for the changing of the wallpaper as well as the cleaning of the home screen.2Tap on the option that reads "Change Wallpaper". This will bring up a dialog allowing you to choose your new wallpaper.3Tap on the wallpaper that you wish to set as the home screen wallpaper. Take note of the tab labeled "Photo Gallery", as this contains more photos that may be set as the wallpaper.4If necessary, re-size the picture. This may not be necessary for the photos under the "Wallpaper" tab as they are optimized for the screen size. Take note of your ability to pinch and stretch your fingers apart to re-size the frame that represents your screen.5Allow the wallpaper to finish loading and return to the home screen.Method 21Tap the upward-facing white arrow on the bottom of the screen. This will reveal the "Quick Launch Bar". Tap "Settings" on the bar.2Tap "Home" under the "App Settings" heading. This will open a screen that allows you to change the wallpaper or clear the keep reading list.3Tap "Change wallpaper". This will reveal a dialog identical to the one described in Method 1. Tap on the wallpaper that you wish to set as the home screen wallpaper.
